Dana Taylor-Milne is hosting Yoga classes at Munster United Church Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm. Yoga is a great way to lengthen and strengthen your body, reduce stress and connect with other awesome and like-minded people in our community.
Options and modifications are offered at every class. All levels and experiences are welcome!!!
