Skating Rink

Thank you for an amazing 2025 skating season!!

The rink is now closed until winter returns again!

For the 2026 season we will be looking for volunteers to help maintain the rink, but also be on premises to assist and keep the warm up room open.  Rink Crew starts mid December to prep the area and begin flooding (based on weather) until March Break (depending on weather)

Rink Supervisors start once we have base ice.  Pick an evening or time on the weekend to be at the rink for a minimum of 2 hours!  High School Volunteer hours can be credited!

We are fortunate to have two great outdoor skating rinks in Munster. Every year the MCA operates and maintains both rinks at the Community Centre. We need volunteers for flooding, shovelling, and maintaining the change room. If you, your family, or your neighbours enjoy our community rink, please consider helping out with rink care or change room access.

The times that are on request, just pop into the main room and ask for the change room to be unlocked!  Additional hours will happen as Rink Crew and board members are on site
