Recreational Focus
Starting at the U8 level, Munster teams play other local recreational teams in the Goulbourn Lanark Soccer League (GLSL). Please see the following website www.glsl.ca for additional information concerning this league.

Participation and Fitness
Munster Soccer seeks to encourage participation for fun and fitness. No player shall be excluded from playing recreational soccer in Munster based on skill level or any other measure outside of the basic regulations developed by the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) and the EODSA.
Our philosophy is that ALL youth in our community should have equal access and opportunity to the game of soccer through the Munster Soccer division.

Player Development
A secondary focus of Munster Soccer is to develop its’ members to their highest potential. In some cases, this means that talented or highly competitive members may develop beyond the capability of Munster Soccer to sustain their needs. These players are encouraged to try out for Goulbourn United competitive teams offered through the GSC. For successful candidates, the U9 level will play in the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League (OCSL) and levels U10-U18 will play in the Eastern Regional Soccer league (ERSL).
